Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Pacific Seafood in Clackamas, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices and expense reports, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify invoices and check requests
  • Sort, code, and match invoices
  • Set invoices up for payment
  • Enter and upload invoices into system
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Process expense reports
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Respond to vendor inquiries
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
