The Airbnb Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Airbnb guests and hosts. This includes answering customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Service Representative will work remotely and may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to Airbnb guests and hosts via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date on Airbnb policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and targets

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
