As Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Campaign Managers in the successful launch of our services with new and existing clients. Your contributions will directly impact the immediate value we provide. A hunger for exceeding expectations and goals is key for success.
The Client Retention & Expansion team is the melting pot for the entire company. On a daily basis, you’ll be interacting with clients externally, but also nearly all internal teams to successfully launch and manage client services. This involves crystal clear presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively balance speed and quality.
The ideal candidate is one who has experience providing world-class customer service, can focus on delivering projects on-time, and is able to collaborate with various stakeholders internally and externally. This position involves onboarding clients to our lead management software, launching referral campaign sequences, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in support of the Campaign Manager.
Success in this position offers the opportunity to grow into more senior roles that will be developed as we seek to, at least, double the size of our team over the next 18 months. Our team consists of Campaign Managers and Campaign Specialists, who provide both front and back-end support to enable your success with clients.

Set up communication sequences accurately
Deliver world-class customer support throughout customer journey
Provide administrative and technical support to Campaign Managers during implementation of our services
Follow-up with clients to gather necessary information for campaign setup and ongoing success
Review and Qualify client-facing leads using internal verification methods
Meet with new and existing customers via Zoom meetings
Training users on internal lead management mobile/desktop application
Ensure clients are able to download, install, and use lead management application
Gather client data and manipulate for clean data processing
Set up and launch simple communication sequences
Verify access to client assets and website
Troubleshoot basic issues related to lead management application, managed websites, and/or other campaign assets
Liaise with internal teams in order to successfully launch and support client campaigns
Collaborate with Campaign Managers to create customer-facing campaign performance reports
Share client feedback or product ideas with team and leadership
1-2 years in Customer Support/Service, Sales, or Marketing
Ability to work US business hours (generally 9a-6p Eastern)
Comfortable working remotely
Experience with website administration, marketing automations, and/or creating reports
Experience supporting customers over the phone, video conference, and email
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of customer journey or customer success
