Responsibility
Deposit
- Provide services of account opening, deposit, remittance, Cheque clearing, BAD discount, bank inquiry etc.
- Review business application and document and input data into system.
- Make reports required by regulatory authorities, input info into systems.
- Review and ensure the effective operating manuals and account opening.
Trade Finance
- Pre-check international trade application forms and related information, process import and export bill collection, trade finance, domestic and foreign currency remittance business.
- Input customer business application information into the bank systems, and prepare relevant reports.
- Prepare voucher and process accounting entry in system and re-check the reconciliation. Regularly organize international settlement.
- Comply with the laws, regulations and rules for all trade finance and remittance business transactions. Identify and report on operational risk to ensure operations control.
- Review/update trade services operational guidelines / manuals, enhance systems, to achieve operations efficiency and business target.
- Maintain the relationship with all customers, regulators, and other departments . Answer customers’ questions and participate in customer relationship maintenance.
Qualifications
- Cambodian Nationality
- Work experiences in banking, consumer product companies, government agencies, etc.
- Direct work experiences in banking industry
- Have analytical thinking skill
- Good command of English
- University Student are welcome!!
