Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Booking Coordinator to join our team at Sue’s Bucket List Travel, working remotely from anywhere in the United States. The Booking Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the booking and travel arrangements for our clients, including flights, hotels, and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for clients, including flights, hotels, and activities
- Communicate with clients to gather their travel preferences and needs
- Research and recommend travel destinations and options based on client preferences
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date client travel itineraries
- Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the booking process
- Maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and partners
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency with computer systems and travel booking software
- Experience in the travel industry preferred, but not required
