Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

  • Works as a part of the overall Marketing team focusing on Digital to Develop and Execute the Digital Activation Strategy in line with overall Country Marketing Plan and Business priorities together with his/her Marketing Manager to reach consumers with effective digital content while driving brand awareness and sales both instore and online.
  • Collaborates closely with Marketing Manager to develop brand strategy in line with Country Plan to drive sustainable brand exposure.
  • Collaborates closely with Sports Marketing & Asset Manager while assuring perfect asset activation plans in Digital aligned with overall Country Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), including translate global content, create local content, manage online activation.
  • Manage the delivery of the content : analyze, evaluate, and implement improvements of content.
  • Have full responsibility of yearly and seasonal digital MWB.
  • Act as the first local contact person against Global Digital Marketing Unit and follow up content approval (submission) process on a regular basis.
  • Ensure Visual Content Creation Unit (working inhouse) supports him/her with best suitable digital content catering all seasonal category needed Go To Market Calendar tools as per Digital Plan (Social / Media etc.).
  • Social monitoring, analyze and summary of social voice, alert of crisis cases and social negative voices in order to protect brand image (in close collaboration with Online Customer Care Unit).
  • Monitor partnership/ influencers publishing on social medias (in close collaboration with Sports Marketing & Asset Manager).
  • Social media report (owned channel and competitors)
  • Eager to create outstanding digital projects in different digital channels (e.g. Spotify, Runkeeper, Tiktok etc.) as per brand positioning needs and priorities.
  • Digital assets management on channels (including OOH medias, paid medias) and own e-com channel to make sure they fully follow and align with brand identity.
  • Have full awareness of globally announced digital assets and make sure that local is always and fully decorated with outmost actual content (as per overall Go To Market Calendar).
  • Work directly on media buy planning, budget controlling and payment.
  • Responsible for the daily routine management of internal/external vendors (agencies) in campaign briefing and execution.
  • Track and monitor digital performance results and reflect them into marketing plans to maximize future activation opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep operational relationship with Merchandising to ensure full coordination of brand activities and compliance with digital brand activation calendar.
  • Respond to sponsorship – partnership requests as per brand priorities.
  • Act as the content & editorial hub of the e-mail marketing process (close collaboration with e-com – omni channel colleagues).
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and corporate affairs requirements as appropriate
  • Drive overall PR strategy and execution (paid & non-paid); establish a base of editors and stylists for product placement.
  • Assure digital activation of brand in close collaboration with Asset / Sports Marketing while utilizing from assets’ contractual obligations and benefits (e.g. digital appearances etc.) on max. level.
  • Support events from digital activation point of view in close collaboration with Marketing.
  • Act as the key operational bridge between Retail Stores (Mall Marketing Offices incl.) and the Brand aiming perfect (retail) brand footprint across DtC network.
  • Develop, coordinate and manage all purchase orders, invoices and necessary documentation for finance sign off on all budgeted programs. File and manage all documentation for future reference

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • 3-5 years of overall media planning experience, minimum of 3 years online media planning is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and organization skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset to setup objective, KPIs, optimisations, commercially driven.
  • Experience in sporting goods / ready to wear / fashion retail preferred
  • Marketing budget management
