The Marketing & Sales team is looking for a Bulk Business Manager to join their team.
As a Bulk Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Ensure constant adherence and compliance to company HSEQ and security, local by-laws, standards, and legislation to minimise all risk pertaining to company assets and protection of life.
- Formulate and implement bulk strategy
- Implement sales processes to innovate and find new opportunities to maximize LPG Bulk volume and profitability
- Build strong and effective customer relationships through positive interaction and tactful negotiation
- Take responsibility for timely management of DSO in accordance with company goals
- Regularly gather competitive market intelligence data to determine evolving trends that impact the business and make appropriate decisions timely
- Ensure policies, procedures and company rules guiding the operations of LPG are in place and followed
- Ensure adequate controls are in place to protect the company and the customers from financialeputational loss.
- Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders to address critical business needs
- Effectively manage customer contracts
- Effectively manage the bulk CAPEX budget
- Provide leadership in creating a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly atmosphere through raising safety awareness.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

Availability on a 24 hour basis to attend to customer queries.
- A relevant Engineering or Business Qualification
- Engineering background with proven Sales Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Results-orientated with strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of Contract Management
- Good understanding of financial disciplines
