The Marketing & Sales team is looking for a Bulk Business Manager to join their team.

As a Bulk Business Manager, you will be responsible for the following activities:

HSEQ

  • Ensure constant adherence and compliance to company HSEQ and security, local by-laws, standards, and legislation to minimise all risk pertaining to company assets and protection of life.

CORE FUNCTION

  • Formulate and implement bulk strategy
  • Implement sales processes to innovate and find new opportunities to maximize LPG Bulk volume and profitability
  • Build strong and effective customer relationships through positive interaction and tactful negotiation
  • Take responsibility for timely management of DSO in accordance with company goals
  • Regularly gather competitive market intelligence data to determine evolving trends that impact the business and make appropriate decisions timely
  • Ensure policies, procedures and company rules guiding the operations of LPG are in place and followed
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place to protect the company and the customers from financialeputational loss.
  • Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders to address critical business needs
  • Effectively manage customer contracts
  • Effectively manage the bulk CAPEX budget

HUMAN RESOURCES

  • Provide leadership in creating a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly atmosphere through raising safety awareness.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.

Profil recherché

  • A relevant Engineering or Business Qualification
  • Engineering background with proven Sales Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-orientated with strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of Contract Management
  • Good understanding of financial disciplines
