Summary:

The Client Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Talentify.io’s clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the company’s products and services. This includes managing client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and working with clients to identify and address any issues or challenges they may be facing. The Client Success Manager should have excellent communication and customer service skills, and a proven track record of success in account management or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that they are receiving the highest level of service and support
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to clients, and work with the sales team to close deals
  • Work with clients to identify and resolve any issues or challenges they may be facing, and provide ongoing support as needed
  • Monitor client usage of Talentify.io’s products and services, and work with the product team to identify and address any issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in regular check-in calls and meetings with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the company’s products and services
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on Talentify.io’s products and services
  • Work with the marketing team to identify and share client success stories and case studies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in the technology or software industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Talentify.io’s products and services, and provide ongoing guidance and support to clients as needed
  • Monitor industry trends and updates, and share relevant information with clients to help them stay up-to-date and make informed decisions
  • Assist with the creation of client reports and presentations as needed
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in account management or a related field, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels of an organization
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think strategically and find creative solutions to client challenges
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • Flexibility to work remotely and adjust to changing schedules as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
