Job Purpose:
The SMB Commercial Leader AAC WE will report into the Commercial Director A&M/RTM WE and is a Western European role developing the GTM proposition to drive growth of our AAC business within the Small, Medium Business client segment for WE.
This is a key role that will initially understand the needs of our SMB clients, define the right products that will meet this important client group, generate material & pricing to position our capabilities and educate our SMB and AAC teams to maximize the growth opportunities
Key Accountabilities:
- To overachieve the SMB OP for WE
- To understand the analytic needs of our SMB clients in WE
- To develop an overall SMB analytics strategy and develop GTM plans
- To work with Product & Delivery to develop solutions & pricing to meet SMB client needs
- To package the NIQ offer into a clear coherent story and GTM commercial content (pitch decks)
- To share the story and positioning of our Analytics offer with the SMB and AAC Commercial teams through direct education
- To develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that can be lifted and shifted into each market
- To utilise Moneymap to share SMB priority clients for each market that we should target with our analytics offer
- To develop an SMB analytics community to share successes and best practice across the SMB and AAC teams
- To share development ideas with product leadership to improve our offer in the future

You are a high-performing commercial manager that has an interest and understanding of the SMB sector whether working for or alongside these important clients. You are a pro-active, autonomous, commercially focused individual that works at pace to understand and implement solutions that will grow our business with the SMB sector. You are used to working in a matrix organization influencing teams to deliver against the business strategy and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, studied Marketing, Business or something similar at University
- Have 3+ years of experience working in a commercial role
- Have worked for or with SMB clients
- Experience /understanding of the NIQ Analytics offer
- Strong commercial GTM building skills
- Ability to translate complex analytics into simple client communication
- Strong influencing skills
- Commercial experience in price and product positioning
