Job Responsibility
- Prepare meals for our customers.
- Weigh, measure, mix and prepare ingredients according to the recipe.
- Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Check food and ingredients for freshness.
- Arrange and garnish dishes.
- Work well under pressure and serve the food within the time limit.
- Ensure hygiene of the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils.
Job Requirements
- Minimum certificate/ diploma in Food & Beverage/ Culinary.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Food & Beverages as cook/ chef.
- Can cook simple Asian and Western food.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work shifts (morning and afternoon shifts).
- Willing to work 6 days per week.
