About the position:
We are looking for a Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee the progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The construction Manager will be responsible for budgeting, planning, scheduling, site work sequencing, and logistics overseeing.
Will report to: Project director
Working Days/Schedules: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm
Location: Km 13 Carretera Nueva a Leon, entrada a Xiloa.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Education and Experience:
Degree: Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Min. 5 years’ experience managing vertical construction.
Requirements:
• Advanced English
• Driver’s license and vehicle
• US Travel Visa
• Experience in all aspects of construction management
Organizational skills:
Excellent communication skills
Capable of preparing clear and understandable useful reports
Highly organized and structure
Good people skills
Good coordinator
Work under pressure
Able to do negotiation with suppliers
