Job Description
The Customer Growth Associate will be responsible for driving customer growth and retention for Google Customer Solutions. This individual will work closely with a team of sales and customer success professionals to identify and pursue new growth opportunities and develop strategies for retaining existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for Google Customer Solutions
- Develop and implement strategies for retaining existing customers
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform growth and retention strategies
- Assist in the creation and delivery of sales and marketing materials
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer growth and retention processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in customer growth or sales
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyze trends in customer data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
