Job Description

The Customer Growth Associate will be responsible for driving customer growth and retention for Google Customer Solutions. This individual will work closely with a team of sales and customer success professionals to identify and pursue new growth opportunities and develop strategies for retaining existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities for Google Customer Solutions
  • Develop and implement strategies for retaining existing customers
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform growth and retention strategies
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of sales and marketing materials
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer growth and retention processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer growth or sales
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyze trends in customer data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
