Overview:
TrimCheck is a leading provider of financial services, with a focus on helping our customers make the most of their money. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about our products and services, and assisting customers with account management.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Assist customers with account management tasks, such as resetting passwords and updating account information.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively.
