In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about our products and services, and assisting customers with account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers with account management tasks, such as resetting passwords and updating account information.
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively.
