We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior management team at Pinger. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be proactive, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Plan and organize events and meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing logistics
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO and senior management team, handling inquiries and requests from employees, clients, and partners
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing email, drafting and formatting documents, and maintaining electronic and physical files
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
- Perform research and gather information for projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting a CEO or senior management team preferred.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges with grace and flexibility
- Support the CEO and senior management team in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that the CEO’s schedule and workload are managed effectively. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on one’s feet. The Executive Assistant will be a key member of the team and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization.
