A world-leading automotive firm is recruiting a Finance Controller in Taiwan to join their team. In this job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Finance Director for decision making and simplify finance messages through complex business environment
- Supervising business transaction that impacts finance results and involve in business discussions for both finance and operation side
- Leading business conversations and drive operation efficiencies that will result in cost improvements and operation efficiencies
- Perform cost reports and analysis generated from raw data from both company internal system and outbound recognized database
- Any ad-hoc finance projects as assigned
Key Requirements
- At least 8++ years in MNC industry, manufacturing background is a plus
- FP&A and Controlling working experience is preferred
- Solid knowledge of accounting practice such as IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX standards
- Familiar with MS Office and google applications
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, quick leaner, can work under pressure, result-driven personality and good communication skills
