Your role

We are looking to hire the best talent, Our functional roles work with our clients to design innovative, class leading solutions. Take ownership for the development of business requirements and ensure our solution delivers the outcomes desired.

  • Work with the programme leadership to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes
  • Working with key stakeholders from the business and technical teams to conduct high level feasibility studies, develop business requirements and, where appropriate, business cases
  • Understand complex client challenges, defining functional and technical requirements, and translating them into a sustainable ServiceNow solution
  • Able to advise on best practice and approaches to guide and support our clients to the best outcomes
  • Lead and work with a team of functional experts to shape the design of the ServiceNow solution
  • Work closely with technical teams to develop solutions that meeting the functional objectives
  • Providing insight into the ServiceNow platform, associated enterprise technologies and use this to inform strategic business decisions
  • Overseeing the development and maintenance of core agile documentation and ceremonies (user stories, product/sprint backlog, sprint reviews etc.)
  • Lead and contribute to the development of innovative market solution offerings based on the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead and contribute to Agile ceremonies and work with all teams to ensure delivery is on track
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

Location: You will be based in our offices in Manchester or Leeds. The role will be client facing and travel may be required.

Your professional experience

Suitable candidates should have the following experience:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on the delivery of a large-scale technology implementation program
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and varied environment
  • Experience with business process redesign, business cases and drafting requirements for technical development
  • Experience working with and developing junior talent
  • Knowledge and experience working with the Scrum (Agile) development process

The following are desirable, but not mandatory:

  • ServiceNow implementation experience
  • Demonstrate experience in team leadership, leading functional teams
  • Familiarity with Process design and standards such as BPMN (Business Process and Model Notation)
  • BCS Business Analyst Certifications (or equivalent)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (in relevant product(s))
  • Certified ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certifications
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Certified in Prince2 or other Agile disciplines
