About Our Client

My client is a well established distributor and leading supplier within the UK and is looking for an experienced Group Customer Service Manager to join their busy team.

Job Description

The key responsibilities would include:

  • Developing and leading the Customer Experience Team
  • Improving the customer service experience, creating engaged customers
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and following through to resolution
  • Designing and implementing performance Customer Experience improvement strategy, gaining buy in from both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
  • Develop strategies to automate the order taken and daily operations
  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Manage Adhoc projects
  • Understand and work with 3rd party suppliers
  • KPI review and challenge improvements
  • Engage internal stakeholder group to ensure alignment
  • Attending key stakeholders meetings both on and off site
  • International collaboration on Customer Experience with other countries on the portfolio

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous Customer Experience Management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills
  • A university degree would be desirable
