We are looking for Head of sales(B2B) to join our team
Responsibilities
Developing and executing a sales strategy and plan
Organization of active search for new customers,
Planning, setting goals, providing conditions for the implementation of the sales plan, monitoring the results of the implementation of the sales plan, sales reporting
Relationship management with key customers; negotiating at various levels, monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
Building sales processes (improvement, automation of processes, experience with CRM system)
Implementation and participation in all stages of the sale of services (cold sales, negotiations, presentations, participation in tenders, preparation of commercial offers)
Control of all work issues related to the sale of services
Development of proposals to increase business profitability.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience as a Head of B2B sales department, experience in the IT field will be an advantage
Knowledge of sales standards and technologies
Knowledge of Azerbaijani / English / Russian language at a professional level
Experience in negotiations and meetings with company management
Good analytical and organizational skills;
