The Human Resources Global Services department is deploying the NEXT GEN strategy to give an outstanding employee experience at BRP. This strategy focuses on 3 pillars: HR Informations System, Global Operations and People Analytics.
As the HR System Analyst, you will be part of the HR Information System team (13 persons) to support the Global HR operations.
Reporting to the HR Technology Operation Lead, you’ll support the various system users to ensure that our complex HRIS environment runs smoothly.
This is an opportunity to learn Salesforce (one of the most used cloud business solutions) as well as other industry leader systems in the HR sphere such as: SuccessFactors, Taleo, SAP, PowerBI etc..
Manage user access and resolve access issues
Ensure proper data Integration between systems
Support system users with training and resolving issues
Participate in new features testing
Propose and document process improvements
Build report and dashboard
Provide data analysis
Manage data import and Export
Qualifications And Skills
Experience as a system administrator or system analyst (required)
Experience with Salesforce (strong asset)
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (asset)
Strong data management abilities
Facility and interest in learning new softwares and applications
Must be fluent in English; second and third language are strong assets
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required
- Bachelor Degree in Systems Administration.
- 2 years of experience in HR Systems (Success Factors, Payroll Systems, HR Kiosk)
- Translate business requirement into technical specifications.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong customer service
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Project management experience is a plus
