Job Summary
Being part of the regional C&B and HR Operations team, the position plays key role for the day-to-day payroll, benefit and HR administration initiatives. The position would be responsible for administrating policies and day to day processes, as well as acting as a change agent to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, including ways to digitalize processes and output.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interview, extending offer to on and off-boarding
- Support staff engagement , L&D initiatives and other HR related projects
- Support staff communications in a creative manner for engagement purpose
- Prepare HR reports and analysis
- Work closely with retail teams to understand their needs
- Collaborate with HR Operations team to facilitate monthly payroll cycle and all benefit administration matters
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any science related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Willing to learn with positive can-do attitude; Willing to walk the extra mile
- Patient and curious of the day to day, strong sense to connect with others and understand needs
- Good command of Ms Excel
- Proficient in English & Chinese (verbal and written)
- Immediate available preferred
