We are currently working with a Tech focused Investment Bank to help recruit an Analyst / Associate for their team in Berlin. If you have anywhere from 0-3 years of IB experience from another Bank, boutique or Private Equity firm, you could be a potential fit.
Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing acquisitions
- Structuring fundraisings and IPOs
- Providing strategic corporate finance advice
- Liaise with accountants, lawyers, financial experts, regulatory bodies, and director level clients
- Overseeing and taking responsibility for regulatory administration matters within Corporate Finance
Ideal Background:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German
- Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
- You hold a relevant degree in finance/business/economics
- up to 3 years work experience within investment banking
