Job Description
Position Title: Key Accounts Manager
Job Responsibilities :
l Meet the business needs of Utility scale customers active in the region and maintain good customer relationships.
l Have a good sense of teamwork, responsible for internal inter-departmental communication and coordination with customers.
l Assist sales to review and negotiate component supply contracts in the assigned region, cooperate with sales progress, and complete sales goals.
l Handle other business documents, including NDA, cooperation agreement, MOU, LOI, etc.
l Increase revenues & profitability for the company according to established KPIs
l Development and implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the company
l Establishing and maintaining good relationships with different stakeholders.
l Building and demonstrating understanding of the market and industry
l Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential customers
Qualification Criteria :
l Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Economics.
l Good understanding of the local PV market
l A minimum of 3-5years successful B2B sales experience ideally in PV/ Solar industry but also in related industries (Electrical applications, energy, etc.)
l Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles.
l Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously.
l Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills.
l Strong problem solving, analytical and technical skills as well as intercultural skills
l High reliability and ability to work under pressure
l Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
l Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
l Good sense of teamwork.
l Have a pioneering spirit, be proactive, have strong self-confidence, and have a strong self-driving force.
Language Requirement:
1. Proficiency in English & French.
