Overview:

The Key Leader will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading and managing the sales, customer service, and operations of the store. This includes setting and achieving sales goals, building a strong and engaged team, and creating a positive and inspiring store environment. The Key Leader will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, and for leading by example and setting a strong team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing the sales, customer service, and operations of the store

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of retail leadership experience
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs and priorities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Additional Responsibilities for the Key Leader may include:

  • Managing the scheduling and deployment of team members to ensure adequate coverage and support
  • Participating in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members
  • Conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing coaching and development to team members
  • Maintaining store inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock management
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of store promotions and marketing efforts
  • Assisting with the budgeting and financial management of the store

The Key Leader will be expected to have a strong understanding of the lululemon brand and culture, and to embody the company’s values and philosophy in all interactions with customers and team members. The Key Leader will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and for ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures. The ability to work well under pressure and to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism is essential for success in this role. Ongoing training and development opportunities may be provided to support the Key Leader in their role.
