EQUANS are recruiting for a Permit and Compliance Officer to be based at Wembley Stadium. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The core hours are 7am – 4pm one week, and 8am – 5pm, the other. You will be required as part of your role to support Wembley Stadium Events in line with the client’s event schedule and on a rotational pattern. This time will be recompensated as overtime or time off in lieu as agreed with your line manager. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

As an effective member of the Hard Services Team, you will be focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude. A flexibility and adaptability to work within the team in a changing business environment.

What will you deliver?

  • Reading reports, booking in suppliers, emailing updates and notifications
  • Carry out site inspections, walkarounds and defect/issue logging
  • Carry out appropriate risk assessments before undertaking any work. (Once qualified)
  • Attend client meetings and providing minutes
  • The candidate will be expected to undertake company Health & Safety Training and develop further into the business as part of their continuous improvement
