Job description:


  • Establish strong knowledge of SAP Processes used in Recon. Including order entry for both machines and parts.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure Recon front office, operations and customer requirements are met
  • Establish strong working relationships with Sales, Accounting, Finance, Service Center and Transportation
  • Accurately publish Reconditioned Equipment on the website in a timely manner
  • Develop and manage tools to track inventory shortages and work with other departments to resolve
  • Coordinate and generate required documents for both domestic and international shipments of Recon machines
  • Process and manage sales orders, holds, break down orders and quotes in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Provide internal and external customer support via phone, fax, and email
  • Help facilitate and support of leasing programs that involve Flex Clean
  • Coordinate costing activities in SAP, including material master creation
  • Coordinate transportation with Service Centers and Logistics
  • Support component inventory replenishment methods and tools for Service Centers in both SAP and ServiceLink
  • Coordination with sales, service centers, and logistics to ensure delivery expectations of customers are met
  • Actively collaborate with the support teams to discuss more efficiencies in performance, real constraints or bottlenecks
  • Help develop and use a new internal service billing process to support Reman activities
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent, and 2 years SAP Experience
  • Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures to assist in the completion of difficult projects
  • Ability to communicate with various Tennant personnel
