Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Restaurant Sales Specialist to join our team at Bolt Cape Town. The Restaurant Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our restaurant. This role involves working closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a strong understanding of the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue for the restaurant
  • Identify and target potential new customers, including restaurants, cafes, and other food service businesses
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns
  • Assist with the development of menus and pricing strategies
  • Monitor market trends and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Assist with the management of the restaurant’s online presence, including website and social media
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the restaurant and its offerings

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
