About the Position:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to join Emirates Transport – School Transport Sector. The Sales Manager will is responsible to support the setting of the annual sales business plan and budget for the assigned region; direct all efforts to achieve the Department’s targets related to increasing revenues, expanding customer portfolio, and enhancing customer happiness. The main activities of the Sales Manager are to lead and define customer requirements, submit proposals, manage the contract preparation, and negotiate and sign contracts.

Key Accountabilities:

• Participate in preparing and updating the sales action plan, strategic objectives, key performance indicators, and targets cascaded from Emirates Transport’s strategic plan.

• Participate in preparing the annual budget for the Sales Department to secure financial resources necessary to execute action plans and achieve annual targets.

• Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with existing and potential customers

• Set regular meetings with customers to focus on forwarding planning and potential business opportunities that are mutually beneficial to both parties.

• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to identify and resolve client issues on time and to ensure quality execution against expectations.

Negotiate the terms of the contract with the clients, while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Review the new contracts prepared by Sales Support and monitor the renewal process of the existing contracts.

Evaluate and study current and potential customers’ needs to increase sales.

• Conduct competitive analysis studies to gather market intelligence and share reports with the Sales team.

• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to develop a more targeted sales approach.

Expected Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing.

Experience and Skills Set:

  • 8-10 years’ experience in Marketing & Sales.
  • Excellent knowledge in Relationship Management.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Excellent Negotiating and Closing.
