Sales Segment Manager – Industrial lubricants
At the affiliate of TotalEnergies Marketing Romania, we are looking for a Sales Segment Manager for the Industrial lubricants department.
- Respects the commercial policy of the department for the fulfillment of the planned turnover and falls within the budget allocated to the performance of the activity.
- Plans and carries out visits to existing and potential clients, maintains and improves the relationship with them in order to develop the business in the area.
- Negotiate prices, payment methods and delivery terms, frequency of visits and other services respecting the competence limits established by the company.
- Is responsible for the on-time collection of the value of the goods sold, according to the company’s commercial policy.
- Prepares periodic activity reports and proposes solutions to improve the activity in the assigned area and to meet the regional objectives.
- Ensures the implementation of promotional actions at the level of the region he is responsible for.
- Monitors and transmits to those interested details about the activity of competitors in the area.
- Identifies and proposes to his superiors the realization of investments in service equipment for direct customers.
- Achieving sales objectives simultaneously with market prospecting and continuous identification of new opportunities.
- Engineering university studies
- Professional knowledge: knowledge in the field of sales, communication and negotiation in business
- Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar position.
- Other requirements: holder of category B driver’s license, availability for extended trips
- Very good communication skills, negotiation and a proactive attitude
- Foreign languages: English – Full professional proficiency
- Romanian: advanced
