  • Managing and leading the sales representative team.
  • Promoting the organization and products through planning sales calls & visits.
  • Nurture and close the lead by conducting onsite and virtual demos at prospective client sites
  • Understand market trends, industry best practices, and technical developments to strengthen AlHalees value propositions, linking market insights to prospective clients’ priorities.
  • Managing corporate sales by developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals and targets.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales representative team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales representative team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Responsible for the ongoing training of sales representative team.
  • Developing sales representative team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Determine discounts or special pricing of products and services
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position in the related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing the sales representative team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and lead the sales representative team.


  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is a plus.
