Pharmalys Laboratories is a leading pharmaceutical company based in Tunis, Tunisia. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our supply chain team as a Supply Chain Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our supply chain by coordinating the procurement, transportation, and distribution of goods and materials.
- Coordinate the procurement of goods and materials from suppliers, including placing orders, negotiating prices, and managing delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure that we have sufficient stock on hand to meet demand.
- Work with transportation companies to arrange the efficient delivery of goods to customers and warehouses.
- Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions and prepare reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with supply chain management software.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
