VP Sales and Marketing

The VP Sales and Marketing will be a key leader in the company management team, working closely with the C-Level team of the company to develop, communicate, execute and sustain a company’s long-term and short-term strategy.

Main duties:

  • Full responsibility for achieving the company revenue target and expected growth
  • Manage group of General Managers in the regions to support them in all aspects of sales, such as opportunity deal process, application support and related customer support issues
  • Mange marketing group that in charge on creating:
  • Lead generation within all discipline, such as online marketing, tradeshows, demos and more
  • Responsibility for Investor relationship
  • Overall managerial responsibility over the regional teams.
  • Lead a team of presales application support, which assist in the sales process
  • Leading product marketing include company roadmap for printers and consumables
  • Readiness to work in a start-up environment, fast growing dynamic company
  • Flexible hours (reasonable availability to bridge time difference with Israel)
  • Work with CRM system for monitoring and report lead status and opportunities
  • This position requires extensive travel (30%-40%)


  • Experience in both direct and indirect sales force
  • Deal closer and hunter
  • At least 6–8 year proven experience as senior sales & marketing position
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong experience selling innovative and disruptive products – MUST
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Strong background in product marketing and roadmap
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BSC in engineering and MBA
  • Vast experience in selling 3D printers
  • language: English mother tongue, other languages advantage
  • The position located in Israel
