Overview:

Coastal Pacific Food Distributors is seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Warehouse Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits of our warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic audits of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order processing
• Review and analyze warehouse documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and delivery records
• Identify and report any discrepancies or areas for improvement in warehouse processes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations
• Work with warehouse and management teams to resolve any audit findings
• Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or auditing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
